What it really takes to run a systemised,
profitable and calm boutique firm.


Ok. I’ve decided to run it.

This will be limited to six firms.

It’s for those of you running established boutique firms (generally $500k+ revenue, with a team) who are ready to move from busy to structured – and step properly into your CEO role.

Because while most of you are running good businesses – ones that work, generate income and achieve goals – many conversations carry a familiar theme:
 The whack-a-mole feeling. One fire out, another appears. Progress happening, but not always the calm structure you’re aiming for.


The Reboot is designed for exactly that space. Running your firm intentionally instead of reactively.

This would be for those of you who already have a team, are stepping off the tools, and need the structure and systems to make that transition properly. (Which, yes, is apparently the CEO thing. According to Chatty.)

What it looks like:

  • A 12-week sprint
  • Kick-off with a 2-day in-person intensive (Thursday 20 to Friday 21 August in Sydney)
  • Ongoing implementation support (with me as your sidekick)
  • Bookended by a Board Room Pitch Fest (Thursday 5 November – sharing what worked, what didn’t and what shifted)

This will be a very small group (around six people) – intentionally so. It’s deep work, connected work, and I want to be able to give each of you the attention and support needed (while still running my own firm!).

The investment?

  • Option one: Founding Round Investment: $10,000 + GST
  • Option two: Payment option available: 3 monthly instalments of $3,500 + GST.
